Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Basic plan is free forever for small clinics: 1 doctor, up to 50 patients, admin panel and patient management included.
Am I charged during the free trial?
Your plan is not charged during the trial. Setting up AutoPay is required to activate a clinic, and Razorpay verifies your payment method with a small refundable charge of about ₹5, which it returns automatically within 5-7 working days. Your first plan payment is taken only when the 30 days end, and you can cancel any time before that from Settings, Subscription.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Change plans any time from your admin dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately on your existing payment method; downgrades apply from your next billing date, so you keep the plan you have already paid for.
How do I cancel?
One click, from Settings → Subscription in your admin dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your clinic data stays intact and exportable. If you would rather talk it through, email contact@hellohomeo.in.
What payment methods are accepted?
Recurring payments are handled by Razorpay, which supports UPI AutoPay, debit/credit cards and net banking, all major Indian payment methods.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. Every price on this page is in Indian Rupees and already includes 18% GST, so the amount you see is exactly what leaves your account. Your invoice shows the taxable value and the GST separately for your records.
